Yes today the topic is work, your superior and your boss.
Isn't it conflicting when your boss assign a certain task for you to do almost everyday. And when this task was emailed to your dept colleagues because the result wasn't that satisfactory and reasons were being asked about why the statistics isn't up to the standards? Your colleague in turn asked your about how to read the stats and what's the pending date for? And then we went to consult our quality manager about it, after all explanations are done, we return to the same room, and suddenly your superior just flare up at nothing and you yourself try to explain your situation and never said anything about it from head to tail. She just insisted you had said it. It's so frustrating, why your superior can't come to terms with it. Sometimes, I feel I being belched in between a BIG sandwich, like on one hand I'm helping my boss to keep tabs on my superior and how they are coping with the workload and all.
Sometimes this are part and parcel of life after all. You have to live with it and work around it. I guess everyone have their own share of moody superiors who don't really like to work with and accede to their bosses' requests huh?
