#186 : Two Beauty Samples that I've Tried

Yesh as above topic, sadly the samples not up to my satisfaction.
Firstly, let me introduce you to Skin Food's Black Raspberry Toner.
Ingredients of this particular product : black raspberry, jayangboeumdan and cheongyeondan extracts from 12 medical herbs, penetrates deeply into the skin with anti-aging peptide. It intensively moisturizes and erases wrinkles for a firmer skin. Its gel texture ensures longer moisture retention on the skin. So about this sample pack that I got earlier from Samplestore.sg, the miserably small pack wasn't enough to show me how effective the toner was, all I get was a few drops of it and that's all. Pathetic right?
Secondly, the next sample I got to try is Bioessence Face Lifting Cream.
Ingredients of the product : Menthol, Polyacrylamide (and) C13-14 Isoparaffin (and) Laureth-7, Ethylene Glycol Mono Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycol Stearate, Propyl Paraben, Glycerin, White Oil, Propylene Glycol, Lentinus Edodes Extract (Bio Energy Fluid), Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methyl Paraben, Bioflavoniods (Bio Mineral Essence), Ginseng(Panax) Extract, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Radix Angelicae Sinensis Extract, Lycium Extract, Rice Extract Liquid, Triethanolamine, Fragrance, Pine Pollen.
It's supposed to act like a moisturizer however the moment you applied on your face, it doesn't feel like it worked as one. The feeling that you feel is a cooling feeling and it sort of felt like giving a mentholic feel on your face. This feels like some sort of muscle balm or something akin to it.
I have yet tried any moisturizer giving me that kind of cooling feel if you get what I mean yeah?
